We collect information you provide (e.g. name, email, phone), account and authentication data, KYC-related documents and status, booking and payment details, and usage data (e.g. IP, device) where necessary for security and service improvement.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide charter and fractional ownership services, verify identity (KYC), process payments, communicate with you, comply with legal and tax obligations (including FATCA where applicable), and improve our platform and security.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We may share data with payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), KYC and compliance providers, regulators and law enforcement when required by law, and service providers under strict confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security and retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We retain account and profile data until you request deletion; financial and transaction records for up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes; and security or access logs for up to 3 years where necessary for security and compliance.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law. You can download a copy of your data and deactivate your account at any time from the Data & Privacy section in your dashboard after logging in. For other requests, contact us using the details on the Wingz website. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) may also apply.

We may use essential cookies for authentication and security. Any non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) will be used only with your consent where required by law.
