Wingz routes charter and membership requests through a structured concierge layer: guided WhatsApp prompts, ticketing for complex trips, and operator escalation. This prototype uses rule-based flows plus human follow-up (not a replacement for licensed dispatch).

What you can do now

  • Start charter or empty-leg conversations on WhatsApp with your route, dates, and party size.
  • Logged-in members can raise tickets from jet pages ("Reach with team") for documented follow-up.
  • WhatsApp commands (when enabled on the server) can create support tickets for finance or itinerary changes.

Roadmap (deck alignment)

Deeper "AI concierge" (natural-language quoting across fleet constraints, disruption rebooking) stays a Phase 2+ item. Phase 1 prioritizes jets-only flows, webhook reliability, and transparent hand-off to humans.
